Artifact(s) of the month:

Y.W.C.A. sign, circa 1950s.
This metallic sign featuring a meeting held at the Y.W.C.A. - the building where the Sapulpa Historical Museum is located today. The meeting of this group, possibly the Lions Club, met Wednesdays at noon. The Y.W.C.A. was not only a place to stay for young women, but a place to meet and eat.

Y.W.C.A. tea cup, circa 1950s.
Plan to meet and eat at the Y.W.C.A.? These are a few dishes that were used at the facility in the Y.W.C.A. kitchen.
