What Have We Been Up to This Month?

If you haven't seen our newest updates and rooms, please stop by and see us.

The Lewis Meyer Bookstore is on display. We have all SEVEN of his published books. Plus, we feature the Author of the Month: Mary McDougal Axelson. Similarly to the Artist of the Month, the feature author will be on display for six months, and rotated out for another author (every six months a new artist and a new author on display).

Coming Soon!
We are updating the African-American History of Sapulpa display! We are excited to share the legacy, the stories, the struggles and triumphs, and the people of Sapulpa. Here is a preview of what is to come - histories of "Businesses of Sapulpa", "Olentine School & Lowrance School 1906 To 1964", "Booker T. Washington High School 1910s through the 1940s", "Booker T. Washington High School 1960s to Present", "Oklahoma Baptist College (Training School) 1914 to 1922", "The People of Sapulpa", and "Jim Crow and Ku Klux Klan in Sapulpa".
